Clark Batten is an associate at Garmer & O 'Brien.  He was born in Pikeville, Kentucky , on June 16, 1979.  Clark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Transylvania University , where he also minored in Business.  He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law.  At UK , he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.  Throughout law school, Clark worked as a clerk for Garmer & O'Brien and its predecessor firm.  

Clark is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Kentucky .  He is a member of the American, Kentucky , and Fayette County Bar Associations, the Kentucky Justice Association, and the American Association for Justice.
